We make every effort to keep your medical costs down. However, we do require payment for services at the time they are rendered. Patients are responsible for their copayment, coinsurance and/or deductible.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. We do not bill motor vehicle insurance or other third party liability.

Insurance is an important part of your healthcare. We accept most insurance plans and welcome Medicare, Medicaid and Workers Compensation claimants. As a courtesy, we will file your claim(s). Below is a list of common insurance plans accepted. If you do not have insurance, payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.
